Bungee Workout is a rigorous, high-cardio exercise that uses the resistance of the bungee cord.
Participants must be in good health. Expected mothers or those who gave birth recently (natural birth in the last 6 months or cesarean section in the last 12 months) should not participate in the workout.
Please consult the Pop Fit Studio team prior to signing-up if you have heart conditions, scoliosis, back injuries, knee injuries, or had recent surgeries.
For participants’ safety and comfort, we have a weight limit of 350 lbs. Our bungee harnesses will fit up to 52” waist and 34” thigh circumference.
Our age guidelines are as follows: 18 years of age and older, 16 years of age with a parents permission. Please contact us if you have a child that is under 16 that would like to participate with you as we do make some exceptions for those as young as 13.
All Sales are final and we do not offer any refunds. Our passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.
