Studio Location
Our New 6000 Square Foot Studio is currently under construction and will open in 2018. We are located in Manoa Shopping Center at 1305 West Chester Pike, Havertown, PA 19083 (above Applebee's). Convenient to the Blue route on route 3 with plenty of free parking.
Classes & Scheduling
Offering a variety of dance workouts (Red Hot Dance Fitness, LaBlast, Hip Hop and more), as well as music driven group fitness classes (Pound, Intensati & more). In our barre studio we will have 30, 45 and 60 minute barre classes using a variety of fitness accessories. And trampolines will be available for our cardio jump classes and for strength classes including barre. AND EXCLUSIVE TO POP FIT STUDIO: Bungee Fitness
