We are excited yet very cautious as we re-open our studio to clients.
Our goal is to create a safe environment for all.
Whether you want to join us in the studio or enjoy virtual classes from home we have options for you and we want to update you on how we are keeping you safe and share new policies we have put in place.

TRAVELING OUT OF STATE
If you have traveling or will be traveling to any of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah or you have been on the Delaware beaches, please do not come to the studio for at least two weeks once you return. We also advise that if you planning to visit the Jersey shore you do so with caution and if are not practicing social distancing there or anywhere you continue to enjoy virtual classes.

Our number one priority is YOU. Here is what we are doing
- Limited class schedule and 30 minutes between classes to allow for cleaning
- Limited class size based on our 6x8 grid with 6 ft of space between client workout areas (our Personal Workout Pods)
- Registration is required for all classes. No walk ins permitted. All Payments must be made online prior to coming to the studio
- No childcare will be available for now
- Staff will be wearing masks until they are in their pod
- More classes will be added if any classes are waitlisted
- Only Pound sticks, Trampolines and Body Pump equipment will be available for classes. New bands, balls, weights and ripstix are available for purchase and members can inquire about loaned equipment
- We have increased the number of gym wipes in the studio as well as hand sanitizer stations
- We have removed our coffee/tea station and our water fountain will not be available temporarily
What You Can Do
You can help as well!
- If you are sick stay home
- Wash your hands when you arrive and before you leave
- Register for in studio classes only if you know you are able to join us as we have limited spots in class and late cancellations and no shows could mean someone is not able to attend.
- Register and pay for all classes prior to joining us in the studio
- Wear a mask into the studio and remove once in your pod
- Bring a filled water bottle or purchase a water bottle for $1 as our water fountain will be off limits.
- Do not linger in the studio before and after classes and remain 6 ft from others when in the lobby or parking lot to remain "socially distanced"
- Bring your own: Mat, band, ball and weights
- Wipe equipment before and after class
- If you do not feel comfortable in the studio continue to enjoy our virtual classes and on demand library
UPDATED POLICIES & PROCEDURES
- REGISTRATION: Students are REQUIRED to sign up for class via MindBody prior to arriving at the studio. All payments are to be processed online thru Mind Body prior to arriving. This is to protect the students as well as the staff when processing check in. No “walk ins” will be permitted. All guests will need to pre-register.
- STAY HOME: If you exhibit flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties or a rise in temperature, please stay home! Keep our community safe. If you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, please remain quarantined. Notify us at once if you have been in contact with anyone that has COVID-19 and you have been to the studio.
- CLASS SIZES: Classes will be below the required 50% capacity per the states of PA’s’ Covid 19 directives. We are taking the extra steps to create physically distanced pods. If you register for the class and then cannot make it, please cancel your reservation. We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours in advance so that someone on the waitlist can be notified. If you do not feel well, and it is within the 2 hour cancellation window please text us. Any no shows will be charged $20 for non cancellations. Classes will be spaced to allow for social distancing and/or students may be asked to remain in their vehicles until the prior class exits. We ask that you do not congregate inside the studio.
- PPE: We will comply with PA’s’ Covid 19 directives. Our Front Desk staff will be wearing face masks or face shields for your protection. We ask that clients wear a mask to enter the studio and once you are in your pod you are welcome to remove your mask. We do not advise wearing masks during your workout.
- PERSONAL PODS: Safe distancing practices are in order. Our floors will be marked off and each participant will receive a 8ft by 6ft personal area to workout in. Each pod will be 6 feet away from the next pod in all directions.
- NEWLY UPDATED LIABILITY WAIVER: All students must sign electronically the NEW LIABILITY WAIVER POLICY via the link on this page.
- BABYSITTING : Our babysitting services will remain closed. We will re-evaluate monthly.
- MATS, WEIGHTS, BANDS & BALLS: We will not be offering communal equipment with the exception of trampolines, Ripstix and Body Pump sets for the time being. We ask that you bring necessary equipment to barre and bounce classes. Members have been provided with loaner equipment that they should bring with them to class and we are also selling new bands, balls and weights. Please let us know if you would like to buy anything. We also have Ripstix for sale
NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES
- SURFACES: Our efforts are to keep our studio germ free include cleaning and sanitizing countertops, door handles, bathroom fixtures, floors, and often-touched areas throughout the day. We will keep our 2nd floor entrance open and our studio door open so that you do not have to touch any handles while in the studio.
- HAND SANITIZERS hand sanitizers units are available throughout the studio to use
- GYM WIPES: gym wipes are available so that you can wipe down your equipment before and after classes.
- EQUIPMENT CLEANING: All equipment will be left at each pod and cleaned thoroughly between classes
- HAND WASHING: We encourage you to wash your hands upon entering the studio and as you leave.
- WATER: The water fountain will be closed during this time. Water bottles are permitted in class but cannot be filled from our water station. Bottled water will be available at our front desk for $1. Please come to the studio with your water bottle filled or purchase a bottle from us. If you have a monthly account we can add your charges to your next billing cycle.
