This challenge isn't about weight loss or losing inches but rather moving your body and feeling good about yourself no matter where you are in your journey. Your goal could be weight loss or it could be nothing to do with weight at all.
While we don't believe in New Years Resolutions or working out as a punishment for overindulgence, we do believe that if you fall in love with moving your body you will do it every day because you LOVE it and yourself.

Join us for unlimited classes in our Havertown studio from January 14 through February 24th. 6 weeks of unlimited Dance, Barre, Bounce and Pound classes in a judgement free workout studio to help you move and reach your fitness goals.
We're launching our brand new On Demand workout site and our challenge participants will get first access. Our library contains a variety of 30, 45 and 60 minute workouts you can do anywhere at anytime and each a week a new dance, barre or bounce workout is added to keep your workouts fresh.
Check your inbox each day or if you prefer to keep your inbox at zero, log on to our private challenge website to receive daily reminders and videos to to stay motivated and inspired. Its also a great place to ask questions.
