In Studio Child Care
Our in studio child care will take place during most class sessions and is offered as based on space availability. Enjoy your favorite class knowing your child is fully taken care of by our child care specialist who is CPR certified and holds all child abuse and state background clearances.
How Does It Work?
- First, sign up using your Mind Body Online app by purchasing a babysitting drop in for $6 or save with a10 visit card for $50.
- Reserve a spot for your child during the class time that matches the time slot you will be taking a class.
- We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the class start time to make sure your child is situated in the kids playzone prior to taking class.
- Monthly members are limited to one child per day included with their membership. Additional spots can be purchased.
- Please remember to plan ahead and book through the Mind Body Online app as space is limited.
Pop Fit Studio Child Care Policy:
*Please try to feed your child before arriving. We do allow drinks (preferably in juice boxes or secured sippy cups or a bottle. And you can also provide snacks but please do not bring any odorous foods and absolutely no nuts or peanut butter.
*Please provide extra diapers, wipes and any other supplies that might potentially be needed during your child's stay. On site child care staff will not actively change diapers, unless it is extremely necessary.
*Infants are welcome to sleep in their carrier. Strollers can be brought in and left in our lobby. We also have an elevator.
*Older children are welcome to bring electronic devices such as phones and ipads. Please make sure they are charged as we do not have charging outlets in the childcare space.
*If bad behavior that negatively impacts other children or the misuse of property occurs, we reserves the right to dismiss a child.
*10 minute cry policy: We will give a child 10 minutes to get adjusted to Pop Fit Studio and do everything in our power to make the transition smooth. If after 10 minutes the child is very upset, the parent will need to remove the child from the studio as this disrupts the other children.
*Please do not bring your child to the studio if they are not feeling well.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules may change and that children get sick. But due to waitlists we require Registration for childcare and all cancellations must be happen at least 4 hours prior to start time or you will still be charged the fee for care.Ā Monthly members will be charged the drop in rate for late cancellations or no shows.
Child Care FAQs
Child care will be charged on a per session basis. Each session will take place during a Pop Fit class.
The drop in rate is $6 per child per session.
For more frequent users, you have the option to purchase multiple sessions at at a lower rate: $50 for 10 visits.
Our monthly and annual members can utilize the child care for one child, one class each day complimentary as part of your membership. Each additional child or class will be charged at the regular rate of $6 per child per class. (class packages can be purchased)
