In Studio Classes

Join us in our spacious 6000 square foot studio for social distanced classes wearing your mask.

We have created 6 ft by 8 ft individual workouts pods that are more than 6 feet apart for your safety. We require masks while in the studio and no shared equipment.

INTRO WEEK

We make working out FUN!

At Pop Fit Studio we offer a variety of music driven classes that will not only give you results, but are so much fun you'll look forward to working out!

So even though our studio is closed you can experience our classes outdoors or VIRTUALLY from anywhere. All you need is an internet connection and your device. You can view on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop and all can be shared to your TV.

Cardio Dance

Break a sweat and feel like a professional dancer. In addition to our signature workout Pop Singles, we also offer LaBlast (partner free ballroom) and other dance workshops

Barre Workouts

A fusion of ballet, dance, pilates and yoga. Strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility and burn calories. And try Barre Bounce for added cardio!

 

Bounce 

A FUN high-intensity workout without the impact. An intense cardio workout while strengthening your core, legs, and upper body. Increase circulation, balance & endurance.

POUND

Inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Yoga

Flow continuously through strong sequences, linking breath with movement. Build strength & increase flexibility with our Vinyasa Flow class. Then rest and restore with our weekly gentle yoga practice. 

BODY PUMP & BODY COMBAT

Your favorite Les Mills workouts outdoors or virtually. Now offering BodyPump the original barbell class and BodyCombat, the worlds most popular mixed martial arts workout.
