This can be a part-time or full-time position depending on the candidate. If you would prefer part-time we will be hiring a second person to share the position.

We love music and we love creating movement to popular music. Music is the driving force in our dance classes, barre workouts, and our bounce program. Not only are our workouts fun but they are effective! It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to start now.

Responsibilities:

  • Our Studio Director is responsible for hitting sales goals at the studio; including membership sales/renewals, maximizing class attendance, and maintaining premium customer service levels.
  • Build strong relationships with members, corporate businesses, and local businesses; We want to be the go-to referral when anyone thinks fun fitness in town!
  • Hold face-to-face, goal-oriented consultations with all trial and new members
  • Meet for weekly brainstorm sessions with the studio owner to strategize on growth and community initiatives
  • Generate new leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach
  • Manage leads within our CRM
  • Connect/call 40+ warm leads daily
  • Interact with members and potential clients on social media
  • Assist in creating social media content
  • Light administrative duties
  • Deliver 5-star customer service
  • Complete all sales training and participate in our monthly sales meeting (virtually)
  • Be comfortable learning new software (Walla, Trello, Airtable, Kajabi)

Qualifications: Amazing track record in a customer service and/or sales role

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask like a boss
  • Positive, confident movement enthusiast (ya gotta love what we do!)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Schedule: * This position requires a variety of day, evening and weekend hours

  • 3-4 mornings per week: 8:30am - 12:30pm
  • 3-4 evenings a week: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Saturday 8am - 12pm
  • Sunday 8:30am - 12:30pm
  • 1 weekend off per month
  • other hours per week are flexible and can be done in the studio or at your location
